	Vicki Rhodes, CDA Vicki has been involved in various forms of painting for over 35 years. In 1996 She began working for Chroma Inc., which has provided her with opportunities to branch out and develop her talents beyond her imagination! In 2000, the Colour Marketing Group – a premier international association that identifies and forecasts colour trends and design influences – accepted Vicki as a member. Vicki has written two books, been published in various magazines and has developed programs promoting Jo Sonja’s® products. She has traveled throughout the world sharing her enthusiasm and love of decorative painting. Vicki believes that everyone needs a creative outlet. With the help and support of friends and associates, she has incorporated market trends to develop a “face lift” for decorative painting. When she is not traveling, Vicki lives in Utah with her incredibly supportive family.

	Carolyn Allred Carolyn's love for needlework began at age 8 to keep her hands busy as she listened to the 'hit parade' on the radio. Over the years she has enjoyed many forms of handwork, learning various techniques and embroidery stitches for embellishing. Her love for appliqué developed from creating using wonderful designs and changing the color combinations to create many creations! Carolyn began adapting the decorative painting designs of her daughter, Vicki Rhodes. Her creations are unique with color and design to fit into today's home decor.

	Cynthia Bowman, CDA Cynthia has enjoyed drawing and painting most of her life. She received an art scholarship and studied at Dixie College and University of Utah of U. Her first business provided advertising layout for Yellow Page directories throughout the western United States. In 1980 Cynthia attended decorative painting classes that enriched her joy of painting and designing. She received her Certified Decorative Artist award in 1994, and has published several magazine articles and numerous painting packets. Cynthia also teaches at regional and national conventions. It is Cynthia’s desire to share her knowledge by providing an easy approach to drawing and designing. She hopes that sharing some basic skills will give you the confidence you need to draw and paint your own designs, allowing you to explore your “Creative Possibilities.” Cynthia lives in Idaho Falls with her husband, four children, and two grandchildren. She spends much of her time doing commissioned artwork on walls and furniture for clients’ homes and businesses.

	Betty Jo Evans, CDA (Guided Palette System ©) Betty Jo found fulfillment of a childhood love of painting when she took her first decorative painting class in 1975. She went on to teach and discovered her passion – trying new methods to make the learning experience more enjoyable and fulfilling for her students. She developed the Guided Palette System as a result of twenty years of teaching to help students develop their understanding of colour. Betty Jo’s hope is that each artist will take what they have learned, tap into their own creativity and continue on their own creative journey.
